Supply Teachers needed in Barry!

Location: Barry and Surrounding Areas (Barry, Rhoose, Penarth, Wenvoe)
Position: Supply Teacher
Contract: Flexible, Day-to-Day or Pre-Booked Basis

Are you a qualified teacher looking for flexible work with control over your working hours? We are seeking enthusiastic Supply Teachers to work across various Primary Schools in Barry and surrounding areas, including Rhoose, Penarth, and Wenvoe. This role offers the perfect opportunity to gain experience in different school environments without the additional responsibilities of marking or planning.

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of year groups.

• Adapt to different classroom environments and engage pupils in learning.

• Maintain a positive and safe classroom atmosphere.

• Follow school policies and procedures.

• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

• Experience working in Primary School settings.

• Access to a car and willingness to travel across Barry and surrounding areas is highly desirable.

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

• Flexibility and adaptability to work on a pre-booked or short-notice basis.

• Enhanced DBS certificate (registered on the update service or willingness to obtain one).

• Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willingness to register.

• Local work with a range of schools.

• No planning or marking responsibilities.
