Job Title: 7.5 Tonne Driver

Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled driver who holds a valid CPC and TACHO card. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle to transport goods to various locations.
• Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Adhere to all relevant transport regulations, including CPC and TACHO requirements.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Manage delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status.
• Handle goods with care to prevent damage during transit.

Key Requirements

• Valid 7.5 tonne driving licence (Category C1) is essential.
• CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) is required.
• TACHO (Tachograph) card must be current and valid.
• Proven experience in a similar driving role within the logistics sector.
• Strong knowledge of UK road regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
