We have an amazing opportunity for a New Store Project Coordinator to join Team OB in our Support Office in Chessington.
As the New Store Project Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Store Design and Construction team, working closely with the Store Design Manager and Head of Store Design in implementing, and coordinating the programme of new store, refurb construction projects and store closures.
All with the aim of delivering set projects within a target timeframe and budget, along with providing administrative support across the project timeline. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be contributing ideas and working collaboratively with the wider business. You will be highly organised and able to work across multiple projects at one time, with strong attention to detail and a drive to ensure the highest standards are achieved.
Using your strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, you will calmly navigate the constantly changing environment of each construction project. From initial planning right through to construction on site and eventual handover to the Retail team, you will be involved in all stages of the construction project.
Our Support Office is based in Tolworth, near Chessington, only a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo. We offer hybrid working with a split of 3 days in the office and 2 days home working per week.
