WeDo is searching for a Senior D365 CE Field Service Business Analyst for a short-term engagement with an end user focused on Field Service and Automated Scheduling.
About the Role In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimising Field Service operations and ensuring seamless scheduling automation. To succeed, you’ll need strong commercial experience with the Field Service module and a solid grasp of sales or customer service business processes.
Key Skills & Experience
Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service is highly advantageous.
Strong familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem and its integration capabilities.
