Stock Condition Surveyor-Somerset
TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition Surveyor to their team based in Somerset.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
· Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
· Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms
About the Role:
· Surveys are carried out on a asset management software – tablet devices will be provided.
· Carry out 8-12 completed surveys per day
· Induction provided – to use the software.
Conduct Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings.
If you are interested in the Stock Condition Surveyor position, Candidates who have experience with joinery and Carpentry generally do well in this role.
