Plumber/Multi Trade
We are looking for a Plumber/Multi Trade in the Durham area working for a highly established company within the social housing sector. This position is working on the reactive maintenance team, within domestic properties, where a company van and fuel card will provided.
As the Plumber/Multi Trade you will be responsible for:
Plumbing repairs including water gutter and drainage systems, hot & cold water bursts ad waste systems etc
Patch plastering, patch tiling, painting etc.
The successful Plumber/Multi Trade will:
Have a Full driving license
Have their own tools
Be time served or have relevant qualifications
Some benefits the Plumber/Multi Trade person will receive:
£23 per hour (Self Employed payment basis available)
Company van and fuel card included
Weekly pay
Long term work
Potential full time employment
