Senior Product Manager - £600 per day (Inside IR35) - Remote - SC Cleared

Are you an experienced Senior Product Manager looking for your next contract opportunity? We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead the development and delivery of key products, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.

This role offers a rate of £600 per day (Inside IR35) and is remote, with occasional travel as required. Active SC Clearance is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and evolve the product vision, ensuring stakeholder and team engagement.

Lead the development of roadmaps, release plans, and lifecycle strategies.

Manage the full product lifecycle, from discovery to live service.

Represent user needs and prioritise work based on business value.

Oversee backlog management, balancing short-term requirements with long-term strategy.

Ensure quality standards, including compliance with GDS and accessibility regulations.

Utilise user research and data insights to drive continuous improvement.

Line manage, coach, and mentor Associate Product Managers and Product Managers.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in product management within technology-focused projects.

Ability to identify and resolve patterns and trends in complex environments.

Budgeting and financial control expertise, with commercial awareness.

Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and presentations.

Experience leading teams and advocating for user-centred design across product lifecycles.

End-to-end service design and large-scale digital transformation.

Desirable Skills:

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders.

Experience conducting user research and defining product strategies based on data.
