TXM are working with a loyal client looking for a Human Resources Coordinator 

I am currently recruiting a HR Coordinator for a growing company based in Bicester on a 3-month contract with the potential to go permanent at the end of it. Our client is looking to offer an hourly rate of £15.18 (£30,000 when it goes permanent) working Monday to Friday with flexible school hours and early finish on Friday!

My client is looking for a candidate with experience in the following skill sets:

• Recruitment & Selection: Supporting the full recruitment cycle, including documentation, candidate management, interviews, contractual paperwork, and recruitment event participation.

• Employee Relations: Providing HR guidance, assisting with grievances and disciplinaries, and ensuring fair and consistent employee management.

• Absence Management: Recording and reporting absence data, coordinating Occupational Health appointments, and supporting sickness-related cases.

• Training & Development: Maintaining the skills matrix, supporting training planning, and assisting in performance management and development workshops.

• HR Systems & Reporting: Ensuring HR systems are updated, compiling reports for managers, handling payroll changes, and maintaining compliance with data protection.
