What We’re Looking For:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

✅ Experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3 & KS4).

✅ Passion for literature and language, with the ability to inspire and engage students.

✅ Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.

✅ A collaborative approach, working effectively with colleagues and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and creative English lessons tailored to different learning needs.

* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student development.

* Assess, track, and provide feedback on student progress to help them reach their full potential.

* Prepare students for GCSE exams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
