Commercial Manager; OUTSIDE IR35- (Consultancy)

Surrey; Heritage Buildings

Circa £(Apply online only) p/day OUTSIDE IR35

Our client is an independent consultancy with offices across the World. They are involved in some of the countries most exciting and forward thinking schemes ranging up to £1bn. They encourage progression and provide clear steps to achieve this.

They are looking for a Commercial Manager from a contractor background Quantity Surveyor to work on site on a heritage building on various trade packages.

Ideally they are looking for:

* At least 8 years commercial management experience

* Trade Package Procurement experience

* Both Pre and Post contract experience

* Comfortable working in a client-facing environment

* Relevant university degree

* Chartered is a significant benefit

In return our client is offering a basic salary of up to £(Apply online only) p/day, for an initial 6 month contract.
