Scrum Master / Agile / Planview / SAFe / Glasgow / Hybrid

£600 - £650 p/day

Outside IR35

Glasgow - Hybrid on-site 2 days p/week

Our Glasgow based client is currently recruiting an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join their ongoing transformation programme.  As a Scrum Master you will guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum practices and processes as well as facilitate and co-ordinate processes to ensure the company can work collaboratively and efficiently.

Responsibilities will include;

Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum practices and principles.

Facilitate and co-ordinate Agile processes within the company

Ensure teams work collaboratively and efficiently.

Support the Scrum framework to embrace core values of SAFe principles.

Coaching and educating non-Agile team members and stakeholders

Exercising SAFe quality practices 

This role plays a pivotal role in promoting continuous improvements as well as scaling Agile practices across the business.

Key requirements;

Minimum of 5 years as Scrum Master

Experience using Planview AgilePlace / Planview LeanKit

Delivering SAFe methodology

Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices.

Excellent communication skills

Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Certification in Agile methodologies

Certification in SAFe methodologies would be advantageous
