Construction Manager
Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting an Construction Manager on a 4 Months based in Hertfordshire.
This position accepts CIS or Umbrella
Hours 07:30 to 17:30, flexible dependent on project requirements once confirmed
Preferable the candidates reside within a practical commuting distance of Hertfordshire
Key Responsibilities:
· Construction Manager required for Client’s Facilities
· SMSTS
· Black CSCS Card
· Asbestos Awareness
· Experienced working in challenging environments, MoJ/Prisons would be of benefit
· Able to work on own initiative and demonstrated team leading
· Suitable management qualifications, NVQ L6 minimum
