HR Manager – Leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturer – Cheshire

Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for an exciting 15-16 month contract with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer? We are seeking a CIPD Level 5+ qualified professional to join our team in Cheshire, playing a key role in the purchase acquisition of the site as part of our expanding group of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee HR operations during the acquisition and transition period

* Provide strategic HR support to leadership and employees

* Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and procedures

* Support employee relations, engagement, and talent management

* Work closely with senior stakeholders on change management initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

✅ CIPD Level 5+ qualification (essential)

✅ Experience in HR leadership roles, ideally in manufacturing or pharmaceuticals

✅ Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

✅ Ability to manage change and support organisational transitions

✅ Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement experience
