Floor Layer
I'm looking for a floor layer for a social housing contract working on properties in Birmingham. Vans can be provided if necessary
The work will be in tenanated social housing properties and the Floor layer will have to:
Install full floors (flat lay vinyl, laminate, carpet)
Cap and cove
Complete day to day repairs
Liaise with tenants and other trades
I am interested in speaking to a Floor layer who:
Has experience working on social housing contracts
Holds a full UK Driving Licence
In return, the Floor layer will receive:
£20-£21 per hour
40 hours work a week
Van and fuel card from day one
Ongoing contract, with the potential to go permanent on the books after 12 weeks if they want
