Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect / Engineering Lead with over 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and guidelines, and will provide leadership and mentoring to the Salesforce technical team within the Credit domain to deliver the strategic Credit Change agenda on the nCino managed package.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and mentoring to the Salesforce technical team within the Credit domain.

Take responsibility for the technical design and implementation of strategic solutions delivered on the Salesforce platform within Credit Engineering.

Contribute to the continuous enhancement and improvement of the Salesforce Credit Engineering function.

Estimate effort and challenge estimates as necessary.

Contribute to the code review process across different projects and assist junior developers to ensure all code meets agreed standards and processes.

Expand the Salesforce credit engineering function and identify new areas where Salesforce can offer benefits.

Lead and collaborate across teams for successful solution delivery.

Essential Skills

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

Proficiency in Salesforce programming languages (Apex, LWC, Aura).

Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and experience with Salesforce APIs.

Experience in leading and collaborating across teams.

Excellent communication skills to explain functional and technical concepts effectively.

Strong presentation and organizational skills.

Self-driven with the ability to prioritize and plan work.

Strong team and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Salesforce Certifications, particularly Platform Developer I and Application or System Architect.
