Interim Employee Relations Specialist

2-3 month contract

Hampshire and surrounding

£250 - £350 per day Inside IR35

A Hampshire based NfP organisation are looking to recruit an Interim ER Specialist to join them on a 2-3 contract.

Interim Employee Relations Specialist - Skills and Experience

Experience of working with key stakeholders to provide high-level advice

Experience of TUPE would be an advantage

Expertise in employee relations and managing complex staff relations casework
