Job Description

Fawkes and Reece are currently recruiting for a freelance Capital Project Manager to commence a 3 month project. This role is to start on 10th March 2025.

The Role

The project you will be working on will be a Senior Capital Project Manager on a healthcare facility. You will be working for one of the UK's largest Construction and Facility Management companies in the UK.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure that specified contract performance indicators are monitors, validated and recorded

Communicate with sub contractors to ensure compliance with the project agreement

Monthly reporting to the deputy director

Market testing of FM services as required by the project

Oversee irregular maintenance budget Required Qualifications/Experience

Experience working in a Facilities Management role

Experience in working as a Capital Project Manager

Preference to have experience within FM work on healthcare facilities What's on offer

£24.04 - £28.85 per hour dependent on experience
