We are currently looking for a cleaning supervisor to look after sites we have located in West London.

Duties

Supervising and Leading Cleaning Team Members: primary responsibility is overseeing the day-to-day activities of the cleaning team. This involves assigning tasks, ensuring that duties are performed to the highest standards, and motivating team members.

Conducting Performance Reviews: To maintain high cleaning standards and ensure continuous improvement, the Cleaning Supervisor conducts regular performance reviews.

Scheduling Shifts and Delegating Tasks: Effective scheduling is a crucial part of managing cleaning teams, especially in larger establishments where there are multiple shifts and cleaning teams working in parallel.

Requirements

SSSTS/SMSTS along with a CSCS card.

At least 2 years experience as a cleaning supervisor on site.

Positive references.
