Remedy Education are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a fantastic SEN school in Brent. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people (14-19) with Autism, communication needs, emotional regulation difficulties, and personal care requirements.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting students in their learning, communication, and emotional regulation

Providing one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needs

Assisting with personal care and promoting independence

Using specialist strategies and tools to help students engage in the classroom

Working closely with teachers and therapists to create a nurturing and inclusive environmentWhat We're Looking For:

Experience working with SEN students, particularly Autism & communication needs

A patient, caring, and resilient approach

Willingness to support with personal care when required

Strong communication and teamwork skills
