The Role:

Supporting a group of students within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Providing tailored support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including non-verbal communication needs

Implementing nurture-based strategies to encourage confidence, social skills, and emotional development

Collaborating with teachers, SEN coordinators, and parents to ensure each child thrives

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with EYFS students, particularly those with SEN

Strong understanding of non-verbal communication techniques

A nurturing approach, with the ability to build trust and rapport with young learners

Relevant qualifications or training in child development, SEN, or similar fields (desirable but not essential)
