Main responsibilities of the role:

* Overseeing and delivering high-quality interventions to support pupil progress.

* Acting as a key liaison between teaching staff and teaching assistants to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

* Collaborating with the SENCO and Inclusion Manager to develop and manage timetables for support across the school.

* Providing mentoring and guidance for staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

* Driving high standards and ensuring the best outcomes for all children.
