SEN Teacher | Immediate Start | Milton Keynes | Full Time/Part Time | MPS/UPS

Your Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will work closely with students, staff, and families to provide tailored support that nurtures academic and personal growth. Responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons for students with SEN

Adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs

Developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Collaborating with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals

Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback to parents and staff

Creating a positive, inclusive classroom that fosters confidence and independence

What We’re Looking For

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with SEN experience or a willingness to train

Strong knowledge of SEN strategies and differentiation techniques

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to engage students, staff, and families

Empathetic, patient, and resilient in supporting student development
