I am recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Cash Allocation Manager based in Derby. This is a critical role responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating all cash allocation operations within the organisation.

Description

• Manage and oversee all cash allocation operations.
• Support with allocation queries
• Ensure statements are downloaded daily
• Support with the Period End ensuring all cash is posted to the correct resident accounts.
• Ensure that all Direct Debits, refunds, receipts and payments are posted and allocated.
• Support audit requirements, providing information and examples where requested.
• Ensuring the credit card line has sufficient cover.
• Monitor the Cash Allocation inbox's regularly and ensure all questions and queries are resolved in line with the agreed SLA

Profile

A successful Cash Allocation Manager should:

• Have experience working in a similar role
• Be a strong people leader and experienced at coaching and developing teams
• Have strong technical accounting knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
• Be immediately available or available on short notice

Job Offer

• An estimated hourly rate of 19-20
