We are seeking a dedicated SEN Support Worker to join our secondary schools in Southend-on-Sea, starting immediately. As an SEN Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting students with diverse learning needs, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, both individually and in group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans.
• Assist in creating an inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and personal development.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.
• Support students in developing social, emotional, and behavioral skills.
