Job Description

Due to securing a multi-million pound contract within the Walsall area, my client is now looking to appoint a Site Manager to manage a Roofing Contract on a Housing Site

The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills / experience:

• Experience within the roofing industry
• Ideally a background in site management, however would be open to candidates with a good roofing knowledge looking for progression.
• An ability to oversee multiple jobs simultaneously, often with pressured time frames and at numerous sites.
• Must have a good understanding of current requirements with general site H&S including the implications that relate
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to use initiative where required

Job Description

• Site management
• Arrangement of delivery's
• Reporting to the Contracts Manager daily
• Reporting any issues and concerns to the Contracts Manager
• Attend progress meetings
• Issuing weekly progress reports
• Management of workforce (including sub-contractors)
• Keep records of site changes
