Graduate Supply Cover Role, Bracknell

We have an exciting Graduate supply cover role providing cover for secondary on a supply basis. This role is split between two modern schools in the centre of Bracknell.

About the role:

• Create an environment where students are motivated, ensuring that they stay engaged and focused on their tasks throughout the session.
• Promote a positive and respectful classroom environment by implementing effective strategies to manage student behaviour, thereby ensuring that all students can learn without disruption.
• Provide clear and confident guidance to students, assisting them in staying on track with their work and ensuring that they fully understand instructions and expectations.
• Take charge of organizing the classroom, ensuring that resources are effectively managed, and the learning environment is conducive to both teaching and learning.

What We're Looking For:

• Available full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Recent experience working with children in the UK is essential; prior Cover Supervisor experience is a plus.
• Must have, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check.
• Ideally live near Bracknell or have reliable transport to commute.
