Inside IR35 Contract - 400- 520 per day

We are seeking a confident and proactive Senior Manual Test Analyst (UAT) to lead testing for a bespoke global system. You'll bridge business requirements with technical capabilities, ensuring smooth testing, iteration, and migration.

This role focuses on testing a new global Surveying Platform, replacing an existing third-party system over a 12-month migration program. The platform will evolve through MVP development and multiple sprints, requiring critical thinking, adaptability, and ownership of the testing process.

You'll work closely with the global product Management team on an initial 3-month contract, with potential extension to 12 months. This is not a passive testing role - we need someone who can push back, ask the right questions, and take control to drive quality in an evolving environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong UAT & Manual Testing experience on global systems
• Confident communicator - able to push back, challenge, and get the right information.
• Experience bridging business and technical teams - translating requirements into effective testing strategies.
• Critical thinker & problem solver - can work with ambiguity and make informed decisions quickly.
• Experience working with ongoing system development and migration projects.
• Proficiency with testing tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel skills - must be comfortable working with data and reports.
• Self-sufficient and proactive - takes ownership rather than waiting for answers.

Desireable:

• Experience with corporate surveying platforms (SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Medallia, Engagedly etc.)
• Familiarity with Radar Issue Tracking system (JIRA or similar is fine)

• Manage and build on a library of resources that document processes and systems.
• Lead UAT and manual testing for a new internal global system.
• Own the testing process-translate business requirements into structured and effective test plans.
• Identify gaps, question assumptions, and drive quality by analysing needs, testing outputs, and making informed recommendations.
• Work with business teams, developers, and DevOps to ensure alignment between system capabilities and requirements.
• Handle ambiguity with confidence-the system is still evolving, so you'll be testing in an iterative and changing environment.
• Excel proficiency is essential.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and communication.
