Business Controller / Management Accountant

A leading organisation is looking for an experienced Business Controller / Management Accountant to join their team. This role is well-suited for a commercially focused finance professional with strong business partnering skills, looking to contribute in a fast-paced and high-performing environment.

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, ensuring financial planning aligns with business objectives.
• Collaborate with operational managers to assess and validate financials for key projects.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to highlight performance against targets.
• Support management in driving improvement measures and financial mitigation actions.
• Evaluate business cases for operational investments and performance improvement projects.
• Manage financial controls across Recurring Cost, Inventory, Non-Recurring Cost, and Capex.

• CIMA Qualified (or minimum 5 years' experience in business partnering or management accounting).
• Experience in a manufacturing or commercial environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Proficiency in SAP or equivalent financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a challenging and engaging setting.
