Job Description

I am working alongside side a construction subcontractor on a ongoing project in Worcestershire. They are looking to onboard a Banksman immediately to assist in the delivery of their scheme.

Banksman responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the premises by checking identification and authorising entry for vehicles and personnel.
• Communicate effectively with visitors, staff, and emergency services as needed.
• Manage the flow of traffic at the entrance and exit points to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all entries and exits, including vehicle details and visitor logs.
• Conduct regular inspections of the gate area to ensure it is secure and free from hazards.

Banksman requirements;

• Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS card.
• SSSTS.
• First aid.
• NRSWA ticket.
• Previous experience within a banksman role.
• Full UK driving licence.
