Job Description

My client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the foundations and RC frame package on a high-end residential project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the substructure and structural frame works, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the groundworks, piling, foundations, and RC frame installation on-site.

Manage subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered to the required specification, programme, and quality standards.

Coordinate site logistics and sequencing of works.

Monitor and enforce health & safety compliance in line with company policies and regulations.

Liaise with the design team, engineers, and clients to resolve any technical issues.

Manage quality control processes, including inspections and sign-offs.

Report progress, programme updates, and any issues to the Project Manager.

Maintain accurate site records, including RAMS, daily diaries, and progress reports.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing foundations, groundworks, and RC frame packages on high-end residential or similar projects.

Excellent knowledge of RC frames, reinforced concrete detailing, and temporary works.

Strong understanding of health & safety regulations (SMSTS or equivalent required).

Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and deliver work to tight programmes.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

First Aid, CSCS, and temporary works coordinator (preferred).

Experience working on high-spec residential projects is highly desirable.
