Key Stage 2 Teacher (Maternity Cover) - Burnley

Start Date: After Easter Holidays 2025

Are you an experienced and resilient Key Stage 2 teacher looking for a rewarding role? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Burnley-based school to cover a maternity leave.

The Role:

Full-time maternity cover in Key Stage 2

Working with a challenging class with relatively high SEN needs

Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to meet a range of learning needs

Working closely with support staff, SENCO, and parents to ensure progress

The Ideal Candidate:

Experienced in teaching Key Stage 2, ideally with a background in SEN

Resilient, patient, and adaptable, able to manage challenging behaviour effectively

Passionate about making a difference and supporting all children to reach their potential

Confident in delivering a creative and inclusive curriculum
