About the Role:

Provide individualized interventions and assessments to young people with a range of needs, including developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions, and special educational needs (SEN).

Work closely with educational and residential staff to create therapeutic learning and living environments.

Deliver clinical assessments and contribute to personalized care plans for students.

Engage with young people and their families to provide effective counseling and therapeutic support.

Requirements:

Qualified Speech and Language Therapist, registered with the HCPC.

Experience working with children and young people with complex needs.

Strong ability to support and advise teams in providing clinically informed environments.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
