Job title: BEM Launch Engineer (C)

Location: Wolverhampton (onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Hourly rate: £29.42ph INSIDE IR35 (Umbrella)

Position Description:

BEM Launch Engineer

Skills Required:

* Problem solving

* Manufacturing process knowledge

* HV Battery knowledge

Experience Required:

Preferred degree qualified in relevant engineering subject. Demonstrates our Creators' Code behaviours of Customer Love, Unity, Integrity, Growth and Impact.

Relevant OR previous experience of Launch in Manufacturing; working knowledge of quality tools and processes.

An individual, who works independently, is results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance with the ability to deliver operational plans in a complex, highly demanding environment.

Strong people skills and the ability to work individually and in a cross functional team.

Experience Preferred:

A knowledge of battery systems and design

Knowledge of PCDS framework

Experience of AIMS & Issue management systems

Experience / understanding Agile methodology
