Service Care Solutions are looking for a Pharmacist Prescriber to support a GP Surgery in Derby.
Locum Pharmacist Prescriber
Location: Sunny Hill, Derby DE23
Pay: £35 LTD
Contract: Locum | 38hrs per week (ideally over days)
System: EMIS
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Prescriber to join their dynamic General Practice Team in Sunny Hill, Derby.
Essential:
- Experience in Primary Care
- Experience using EMIS
- Prescriber Qualification
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations and prescribe medications in line with clinical guidelines
- Manage long-term conditions and medication reviews
- Work closely with GPs, Nurses, and the wider healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes
- Provide expert advice on medicines optimisation and safety
- Ensure accurate documentation using EMIS Web
