Year 1 Class Teacher – Primary School in Tottenham (Summer Term)
Role: Year 1 Class Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons to a Year 1 class, following the school’s curriculum.
Cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all students feel confident and supported in their learning.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and the senior leadership team to maintain high standards of teaching and student achievement.
Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support tailored to individual learning needs.
Foster social, emotional, and academic development in a community-focused setting.
Maintain effective classroom management, ensuring a respectful and positive atmosphere for learning.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Year 1 or in primary school settings is preferred.
A passionate, creative approach to early years education.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young children.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive, community-centered learning environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents/carers.
