Rikama Education are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a Primary school based in Maidstone.

Due to the nature of the school, experience working with Children in a school or similar setting can be transferred across.

Responsibilities of the role:

Provide one-on-one and small group support.

Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.

Supporting children's welfare.

Help prepare classroom resources and maintain classroom organisation.

Adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with primary-aged children is desirable but not essential.

Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to learning.

Experience working with KS1,KS2.
