Our client is seeking a dedicated Highway Inspector to join their team on a contract basis. The role is essential to ensure the maintenance and safety of roads and highways within the jurisdiction.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting regular inspections of highways and associated infrastructure

Identifying and reporting defects, hazards, and non-compliance issues

Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and industry standards

Maintaining accurate records of inspections and actions taken

Job Requirements:

Experience in highway inspection

Strong knowledge of highway maintenance standards and regulations

Ability to identify and assess roadway defects and hazards

Proficiency in using relevant tools and software for inspection and reporting

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
