* Team teach desirable but not essential

The role – Youth Mentor

We are looking for a dedicated Youth Mentor who is experienced in supporting SEMH, ASD, Challenging Behaviour to join a fast paced SEMH School starting ASAP! We are looking for a passionate Youth Mentor who can create a safe and structured environment where students feel understood and empowered. For this Youth Mentor role you will have 1:1 mentoring experience and strong behaviour management skills. For this Youth Mentor you will be experienced in de-escalation techniques, restorative approaches, and structured routines to support positive behaviour.

This SEMH School is situated in the heart of Tower Hamlets, this SEMH School caters to 72 students between the ages of 5-16 with SEMH and ASD needs. This SEMH School was rated as good in its last inspection.
