The Role – Behaviour Mentor

This Primary SEMH School in Tower Hamlets is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support KS2 and KS3 students with challenging behaviour. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work 1:1 and in small groups, helping students manage their emotions and stay engaged in their education. The Behaviour Mentor role requires someone who is approachable, confident, and resilient, with experience working in a school setting. Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills are essential, as well as the ability to collaborate with other Behaviour Mentors and staff.
