Supply Teacher
Are you a passionate and adaptable Supply Teacher looking for flexible opportunities in Barnet, London? We are seeking enthusiastic educators to join our team and support Key Stage 1 students in primary schools across the area.
As a Supply Teacher, you will provide high-quality teaching and maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular class teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a variety of schools, gain valuable experience, and make a real difference in students’ learning journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering engaging lessons to Key Stage 1 students, following the school’s curriculum and lesson plans.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a focused and supportive learning atmosphere.
• Adapting to the unique needs of each school and class.
• Building positive relationships with students and staff.
The schools in Barnet are known for their welcoming and inclusive environments, offering excellent support to supply staff. This role provides the flexibility to work part-time while gaining experience in diverse classroom settings.
Ideal Candidate:We are looking for a confident and reliable teacher with:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in primary schools.
• A strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to new settings.
