The Opportunity

Supply Desk is proud to partner with a highly inclusive and supportive school in Milton Keynes, dedicated to helping all students reach their full potential. We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Your Role:

Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with SEN.

Assist in developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Behaviour Plans, and Therapy Care programmes.

Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and external professionals to provide tailored support.

Help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience working with SEN students or a strong desire to do so.

A good understanding of Special Educational Needs and a willingness to undertake relevant training.

Strong skills in managing challenging behaviours and adapting learning approaches.

Commitment to regular, fixed working days (full-time or part-time).

A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
