EYFS Teacher (Reception) – Whitstable

Location: Whitstable, Kent

Contract: Full-time, Fixed-term (22nd April 2025 – 18th July 2025)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Our agency is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to cover a Reception class at a welcoming primary school in Whitstable. This is a full-time role from 22nd April 2025 until the end of the academic year (18th July 2025).

The Role:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum

Support early development in phonics, literacy, and numeracy

Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment

Assess and track pupil progress, ensuring all children reach their potential

Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers

Requirements:

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

✔ Experience teaching in EYFS, particularly Reception

✔ Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development

✔ Excellent communication and classroom management skills

✔ A passion for supporting young learners in their first year of school
