Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to support in schools we work with in Rochdale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young learners, across EYFS-KS2. This role requires effective communication skills, a strong understanding of behaviour management, and a commitment to early childhood education.

Job Duties:

Teaching across EYFS-KS2

Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans in line with the national curriculum

Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback

Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ESSENTIAL

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience teaching in Primary Schools

Strong knowledge of the national curriculum

Suitable for experienced Teachers or ECTs

Based in Rochdale, or willing to travel

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent classroom management skills

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students

Strong organisational and time management skills

Passionate about delivering high quality support
