We are looking for a dedicated HRIS Advisor to help optimise and enhance the use of our Human Resources Information Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of our HRIS within our Not For Profit organisation.

Description
Provide HRIS system support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems and unexpected results.
To develop and maintain reporting tools to meet the HR needs of the business.
Produce a range of statutory and statistical returns, including HESA, Gender Pay Gap, Sickness/ Absence survey, and benchmarking.
Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation for the HRIS.
Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analysing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions, including system enhancements.
Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.
Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of HR Systems and functionalities.
Participate in HR projects as required by development and maintenance of HR systems and related Intranet pages to assist in the process of new content by relevant stakeholders where applicable.Profile
A successful HRIS Advisor should have:
Level of education equivalent to a degree/ NVQ Level 4 or relevant background.
Ability to present complex technical information to suit users abilities.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets.
Ability to analyse and report on data.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
Excellent technical expertise in HR system outputs and other systems.
Technically advanced in Excel, reporting, analysis and HR systems included SQL, Oracle Fusion HCM or SAP HR.
Assistance with a system implementation.
Ability to commute to Manchester.Job Offer
