Job Title: Home Health Manager Location: Beech Groove, IN Duration: 52 Weeks Shift: Day, generally start time fluctuates between 7am-8am and normally works until 4p.m. or 5 p.m. but with salaried position can fluctuate. Job Description: • The Manager Home Health is responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient care within assigned areas/disciplines and directs, organizes and supervises the service provided by professional staff. This position supervises staff, prepares and forecasts budgets and strategic plans, participates in quality assurance programs and ensures regulatory compliance. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree - Required • Master's Degree - Preferred • 2 years Supervision/Management - Preferred • 3 years Nursing/Patient Care - Required • Registered Nurse (RN) - Required • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - Required - AND • Driver's License - Required - AND • Auto Insurance - Required "We are an equal opportunity employer.
