This role involves the successful delivery of complex highway and civil engineering projects to both internal and external clients, aligning with the company's business plan objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline constraints

Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle

Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and tracking project performance

Providing regular progress updates and reports to senior management

Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in highway and civil engineering project management

Strong leadership and team management skills
