Foreman
Keyman Personnel, a specialist white-collar recruitment business, is recruiting on behalf of a leading civil engineering subcontractor. Our client is seeking an experienced Foreman on a contract basis, offering a competitive rate of £290 per day.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Oversee site operations, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance.
* Liaise with site management, engineers, and clients.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Requirements:
* SMSTS or SSSTS qualification (preferred).
* Black CSCS Card (essential).
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Experience working on civil engineering projects.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
