Role & Responsibilities:
🔹 Deliver engaging, student-centered tuition tailored to the emotional and cognitive needs of each learner.
🔹 Build trust and create a safe learning environment where students feel supported and empowered.
🔹 Work closely with schools, social workers, and therapists to create holistic support plans.
🔹 Implement therapeutic strategies such as emotion coaching, restorative approaches, and low-arousal techniques to aid regulation and engagement.
🔹 Track progress and set achievable, meaningful learning goals.
Ideal Candidate:
✔️ QTS / QTLS-qualified teachers , therapeutic educators, OR experienced tutors with a background in working with SEMH, trauma, or SEND.
✔️ Experience using attachment-aware and trauma-informed approaches to teaching.
✔️ Comfortable working outside traditional classroom settings (home tuition, alternative provisions, or outreach work).
✔️ A strong understanding of therapeutic education, child psychology, and emotional regulation techniques.
