Your Role:

🔹 Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with diverse learning needs

🔹 Assist inside and outside the classroom to aid development

🔹 Lead targeted interventions to boost confidence and academic progress

🔹 Collaborate with teachers and external professionals on learning strategies

🔹 Support behaviour management and create a positive learning environment

🔹 Deliver patient and proactive support for SEND pupils

Who We're Looking For:

✔️ Psychology graduate (1:1 or 2:1 degree from a UK university)

✔️ Experience working with children (voluntary or paid)

✔️ Confident in behaviour management and classroom support

✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills

✔️ Passionate about helping SEND pupils thrive
