Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist

Tripod Partners are seeking an experienced Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist to join a busy team in Epping on a full-time basis. The role includes one community travel day per week, with mileage expenses covered.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to designated wards, ensuring safe and effective medication management.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
Participate in audit and research activities to improve pharmacy services.
Offer training and support to junior pharmacy staff.

Requirements:

Registered Pharmacist with inpatient experience.
Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
